My Clinical Method:

Order Through Meaning

The human mind is immensely complex. My therapeutic method recognizes and respects this characteristic. I integrate the effectiveness of Evidence-Based Psychology with the depth of Phenomenology and Philosophy.

Human beings are not animals programmed to only react to instincts or pain. We are constantly impacted by circumstances. However, we can and should choose our responses. The main goal of my work is to help you organize your life. We move away from a state of reaction and towards what is desirable and real.

To simplify this view, think of your life as a car journey. Your body is the vehicle. Your mind is the driver. Your spirit is the map and the final destination. Our clinical journey unfolds upon these three fundamental pillars:

1. The Biological Dimension (The Car)

The mind does not operate separately from the body. Your physical health directly affects the functioning of your brain. Neglectful habits drain the energy needed for reflection. We assess your current physical state. We seek practical adjustments to your routine to optimize your vitality. A well-cared-for brain has much more strength to think and to change.

2. The Psychological Dimension (The Driver)

Here, we focus on learning and action. We investigate what you think and how you learned to think that way. We use scientific tools to train you in new ways of seeing and acting in the world. You stop being a mere reactor to problems. You take the wheel and become an active agent in resolving your conflicts.

3. The Spiritual Dimension (The Map and the Meaning)

Life demands purpose. We use philosophical analysis to find and construct meaning in your life. We investigate your deepest values. We verify if your daily actions are true to that meaning. A life anchored in meaning can withstand the weight of daily difficulties.
